Before you start integrating WooCommerce for Klarna, there are a few things you need to prepare in advance:
- Check the minimum PHP, WordPress, and WooCommerce versions for the Klarna payments plugin here and for the Klarna checkout plugin here.
- Generate API credentials via the Klarna Merchant portal to connect Klarna to your WooCommerce store.
- Sign up for a Klarna production account here.
- Sign up for a Klarna playground account here. Test mode only works with a playground account.
