Payment Acquiring Products

Payment Acquiring Products are Klarna's Acquiring Partner offering, enabling an Acquiring Partner to operate within the Klarna Network

The Payment Acquiring Product is the product offered by Klarna to Acquiring Partners. A Payment Acquiring Product links directly to a Partner Account, allowing that Partner to onboard, manage, and operate its Merchant Partners on Klarna Network.

A Payment Acquiring Product is connected to one or more Payment Acquiring Accounts, which define the Partner’s individual acquiring configurations towards Klarna.

  • Partner Account: The Payment Acquiring Product always connects to a Partner Account. This Partner Account represents the Acquiring Partner operating within the Klarna Network.
  • Payment Acquiring Account: Each Payment Acquiring Account defines a specific configuration for the Acquiring Partner, and multiple Payment Acquiring Accounts can link to the same Payment Acquiring Product.

The Payment Acquiring Product has no resource properties. It acts solely as a logical container linking the Partner Account to its associated Payment Acquiring Accounts.

The Payment Acquiring Product has no dedicated lifecycle events or webhooks. Once created as part of the Partner Account configuration, it remains static.

There is no API operation to read or manipulate Payment Acquiring Products.

There are no API operations available for reading, creating, or managing Payment Acquiring Products. These resources are defined and managed internally by Klarna.
