Klarna runs a PSD2 / XS2A API newsletter for licensed TPPs. It is the channel for announcements affecting Klarna's PSD2 interfaces — new API versions and roadmap milestones, breaking changes and deprecations, planned maintenance, and incident notifications. It complements, and does not replace, the Status and announcements log on this site.

Subscribing is double opt-in:

You will not receive newsletter content until you have confirmed. If you do not receive the confirmation email, check your spam folder before requesting it again; repeated requests for the same address in a short window may be temporarily rate-limited.

Every email sent by the newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Opening it takes you to a confirmation page — confirming unsubscribes that address immediately. Unsubscribe links expire after 24 hours; an older link is rejected as invalid, but every newsletter email carries a fresh unsubscribe link, so use the one in your most recent email. There is no separate portal, login, or support request needed: the link in the email is the only unsubscribe mechanism, and it works independently of whether you can still access the account that subscribed.

Unsubscribing is idempotent — using the link more than once, or after you are already unsubscribed, has no further effect and will not produce an error.
