Understand how you sign in through your Acquiring Partner, which roles exist, and how two-factor authentication works in the Klarna Partner Portal.

Access to the Klarna Partner Portal is given per account. Solidgate grants access to the accounts they manage for you and picks a role for each.
How you get access
Solidgate links their portal to the Klarna Partner Portal, and you sign in with your Solidgate credentials. See Access the portal.
To get access to another account, or to change your role, contact Solidgate.

Two-factor authentication
Disputes, 0% Financing, and Brand manager require two-factor authentication. You don't need Klarna two-factor authentication to sign in, but locked apps still ask you to set it up or verify with Klarna, and you may need to set a Klarna password first.
