Access to the Klarna Partner Portal is given per account. Cybersource grants access to the accounts they manage for you and picks a role for each.
How you get access
Cybersource invites you to the Klarna Partner Portal with your email address, and you sign in with your own Klarna Partner Portal login. See Access the portal.
To get access to another account, or to change your role, contact Cybersource.

Export: download the list of users as a CSV file.

Two-factor authentication
Disputes, User manager, 0% Financing, and Brand manager require two-factor authentication. Locked apps show Complete setup if you haven't set up a second factor yet, or Log in if you need to verify again. Change your method from your profile menu.
