Customize placements to better suit your website's design.
There are two ways to style the On-site messaging placements: using CSS on your website or using Klarna's Merchant Portal. Using CSS gives you more flexibility, but you must follow Klarna's recommendations and not hide any part of the message. If you are not familiar with CSS or do not have access to your website's source code, you can use the Merchant Portal.
For most elements, you're given a variety of customization options. The content specific to the Klarna brand, for example our logo, is less customizable.
You can modify the look and feel at the placement level in the Merchant portal. Changes you make there are live immediately after you publish them.
