Use the dispute sample customer data in this page to test dispute creation and resolutions.

Dispute resolution trigger requirements

The dispute resolution triggers require Disputes API v4 API integration.

When sending the customer data for dispute resolution triggers, use customer object in supplementary_purchase_data.

Dispute sample customer data

The dispute sample data in this article is split into two sub-categories:

Creating disputes with specific dispute reason on capture.
Creating disputes with specific dispute resolution.

Note that many of the dispute resolution triggers are reactive, needing to partner to send evidence or arbitration.
