This page tracks availability and changes that affect Klarna's PSD2 interfaces — the XS2A API and the contingency mechanism.

In line with RTS Art. 32(4), Klarna publishes quarterly statistics on the availability and performance of its PSD2 interfaces — covering both the dedicated TPP interface and the interface made available to Klarna's own customers.

These statistics include, per quarter:

• Uptime / availability of the dedicated interface.
• Downtime, including planned and unplanned outages.
• Average response time per request type.
• Error rates for the dedicated interface.

Published figures and the reporting link will be referenced here once the production interface is live.

Planned maintenance windows affecting any PSD2 interface are announced here in advance and, for material changes to the dedicated interface, communicated to registered TPPs by email.
