To help your customers understand payments with Klarna, make sure to provide clear information about Klarna on your website and in post-purchase communications.

Use the FAQ placement from our On-site messaging platform available via the Merchant portal to tell your customers everything they want to know about buying with Klarna.
✓ Alternatively, include Klarna in your FAQs and link to Klarna's customer support for the relevant market.

- Add the information about Klarna payment methods and a link to Klarna's customer support to make it as smoooth as possible for the customers to get in touch with Klarna.

After you've completed and tested the integration in playground, perform the following actions before the go-live.
✓ Once the contract is signed and the production merchant IDs (MIDs) are created, you'll receive an activation email for your production Merchant portal access. Activate your user account.
