Klarna applies different Service Charges depending on whether a transaction takes place between a Merchant and a consumer in the same market (Domestic Transaction) or in different markets (Cross-Border Transaction). Klarna groups certain markets into regions to determine which Service Charges apply to Cross-Border Transactions.
